The sole purpose and mission of Painted Christ is to simply spread the gospel of Jesus with paint!

Painted Christ is an opportunity for me to build my personal ministry  and glorify Him by utilizing the spiritual gifts, abilities and talents that God has given me.

Art arouses the senses while captivating and inviting observers to think, dream, visualize, wonder, worship and feel. Being a Christian artist, I have the ability to bring something from nothing into existence. There’s a very spiritual connection when I pick up the brush. As a Jesus artist, I realize my potential to evoke emotion and capture the viewer’s attention with vibrant colors that emerge among a contrast of direction and texture as Jesus painted is glorified in my work. When I paint, everything else goes away and I tend to lose myself in this moment of artistic, creative worship. ~ Lance Brown
